Our Food & Farm Network is proud to offer our members the opportunity to join a collective of community supported agriculture in the central region. We focus on small scale farm production, utilizing organic farming techniques and practices to produce the freshest, highest quality food for our members. Our network is committed to connecting our members with sustainable, fresh, and locally produced food.

Most Ghanaian children have been deprived of their right to play due to economic challenges and inadequate or unsafe play spaces and equipment in their neighborhoods. Play deprivation has a serious impact on children in our communities which can cause depression, isolation, and discourages them in their daily activities.FreePLAY initiatives supports learning of basic math, science, engineering, numbers, colors, shapes, motor skills, and more, through play activities and playground building. Our Toy Making Laboratories fosters creativity and imagination which are the authors of innovation.

Composting In GHANA

THE CO-CO-CO-OPERATIVE

Ghana has plenty of land but few proper landfills! Plus enormous amounts of foods scraps and organic, compostable material lining the busy markets & dirt roads. Food scraps in landfills produce methane, a potent greenhouse gas so we're on the move to working with locals to divert food scraps from the waste stream back into the soil in the form of compost. Its too simple and so necessary for environmental stability in Ghana. The Co-Co-Co-Operative turns waste into opportunity--one bucket of food scraps at a time!

By 2024 we're offering compost pickup services to the Central Regions local residents, businesses, and institutions while building co-operative business ownership among the growing diaspora and locals who face challenges in gaining meaningful to employment.

The Co-Co-Co-op is a cooperatively owned business that provides work experience, skills, and direct ownership, education to the Central Region
